    Last week I bought an HP-7600 printer for $400.00 and change. I have not been able to hook it up to my MacBook Pro that I also bought at Best Buy a few years ago. So I finally called HP tech line. I was on the phone for 90 minutes with a gentleman named Jorge. No solution , he actually hung up on me. Last night I used the best buy sight. After an hour plus I still did not have a set up. I'm 77 and asked him to slow down a bit, i was ignored. I'm still sharp but with heavily accented I had difficulties and I speak two languages so I have an ear for accents. This morning, Nov. 23th, I tried the Geek line to get someone to come in and set it up. I was on hold for about for about 40 minutes before the tech answered. No joy there. I went to the store to get a home visit. It's set for Monday. Talk about not being satisfied Richard Donaway Sioux City, IA

    The lady that i spoke to was extremely displeased about ringing up my online purchases so that I could have it delivered a couple days past normal delivery. Granted I probably came off a little mentally handicapped but I just needed something simple and truly didn't need that attitude. Other than that black friday sales on TV laptops washer and dryer are the lowest prices around.

    I feel so bad when shopping here! The sales staff are not enthusiastic, do not support or clearly explain about the return period after purchase! Here I feel they are happy to sell the goods but when returning them they are not happy and not enthusiastic! I will not shop at this store again! So bad!

    For about the 4th time now, there are not enough employees to help customers but there are plenty of employees standing around. I waited for a salesperson to help with getting a new tablet...no one around..I flagged down an free employee and was told someone would be " right there"--- 4 - 5 minutes later still no one. So I went to the customer service desk as I was ready to buy..but couldn't get the merchandise...and the man said to me that he sent someone to me but I had gone. I said " So, I did not wait long enough?"...when he heard it from my point of view his attitude shifted a bit...then he explained how so many people had family emergencies that day, so they were short handed. Hmmmm seems like the job of a " manager " is to be able to figure these types of things out and not tell the customer it's her fault. I love my new Samsung tablet, but I'm wondering if Amazon would have been faster with better customer service. Poor customer service is what ruins these physical stores. Save the excuses for your district manager, not your customers.

    Every time I go to the Sioux City location I have the worst experience ever! But this time was just crazy to me! I tried to be nice and round up .36 cents, yes it’s not a lot but still a donation and they did 36$, so when I went back to explain and tell them, it was all fine till the last lady/manger/supervisor told me to be more specific as if it’s my fault, mind you the guy repeated it and I had my buddy right next to me hear it! Again rude service! I did get my 36$ back but as I should
