    Bait and switch. Store managers looked me in the eye and actually told me it made sense that the receipt I was given and the advertised price were $140 less than I was charged on my card. By the way, "installation included" means installation is another $130.

    I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Gabriel had amazing product knowledge, answered all of my questions and helped me make a purchasing decision based ony needs. The Sioux City Best Buy os now our go-to. We even purchased the Best Buy membership because it was such a great value and we've already used it twice and beat other on-line prices we researched!

    THIEVES!! I bought a 1400 dollar laptop, only to find out that they took another 1400 dollars off of my card! Said it was for security deposit but wouldn't release it until Friday! A whole week without 2400 for a purchase that was already approved! I nearly missed my bills! DO NOT BUY YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE! They WILL steal from you!!

    Hope you don't need anything other than walking in the store and buying something. I called and inquired about a phone battery replacement because they are one of few Apple certified places. I was told I could come in the following Saturday to get it replaced. We drove almost 4 hours in a snow storm to make it there that Saturday as we really needed the phone battery replaced as soon as possible. Upon arriving at the store we were told we never had an appointment actually set up for us for one, and for two, that we were only able to get the battery replaced Monday-Friday contrary to what the lady had told me on the phone. Upsetting, but we had left the store and called again to schedule another appointment to get the battery changed in which I had informed them I wanted a confirmation as the last time they didn't actually schedule an appointment for us, the person I spoke to told me I should also call the store and leave a voicemail (because you can only talk to someone from a call center if you call to actually talk to someone) to request a call from the manager to discuss these issues and to make sure we can get taken care of for sure at our next appointment. So I had called and left a voicemail with a call back number. This was over two weeks ago and had still to this date have not received a call back. Fast forward to today where we had went into the store once again for our next scheduled appointment and were told they could not replace the phone battery because the phone was not in perfect condition. The glass over one of the cameras were cracked. They said in order to replace our battery they would also have to replace the entire back camera module which is apparently the entire back of the phone and it would be over $300 (we were quoted the battery replacement to be less than $100). No one ever mentioned the phone had to be in perfect condition in order to get the battery replaced between the two phone calls and other physical visit. Also, they didn't have the back camera module to replace so they told us they couldn't do it for us regardless. I offered to sign a waiver that stated I knew the back camera was cracked and that I was okay with it. Couldn't do that. I asked if we were to buy a new phone there because we were honestly over trying to get this one's battery replaced if they would be able to provide any sort of compensation or anything of the sort since we have had such a hard time with them trying to get this battery replaced and I was instructed I would have to wait to talk to a manager because there was not one available. Assuming it would end about like the voicemail I left to speak to a manager or anyone at the store, I ended up taking the phone to another place that could replace the battery and they had it done within a couple hours of walking in the door to ask if they could do it for me. At the other place I wasn't required to buy more in order to get the battery replaced and didn't have to make multiple phone calls, appointments that led to nothing, or multiple physical visits. After this, we will definitely never be returning to Best Buy again for anything.

    Purchased a $2,200 TV and service for delivery/installation. Waited 2 weeks, completed a required check list, and set a delivery/installation date. Best Buy failed to deliver on the scheduled appointment date and also failed to notify me. Spent a half hour on hold with customer service and then was told it would be delivered as promised. They failed again to deliver and also failed again to notify me. Called customer service again and did not get anything resolved. They also promised me a call back from the local Sioux City store. I never received a call back. Ended up driving to the local Sioux City store, and the manager said the order never processed. Which doesn’t make sense because Best Buy took my $2,200 payment right away. Then he saw they had the purchased TV sitting in the back of their store. All I was offered was a refund or reschedule, even though this has been a big inconvenience. Poor customer service and alot of my time wasted. I expected a lot better service for how much money was spent. This has been disappointing and unpleasant experience. If you are purchasing a TV, I would not recommend Best Buy.
