Unfortunately the email I received the next business day showed that we were charged for not one additional phone but two. I had to spend business time dealing with customer service and told them that the number for the additional phone was for a local hospital which of course I am not paying for. This had something to do with the WiFi unit we had purchased as part of the deal. I have cancelled that and now have to find time to take the WiFi unit to a UPS store to have it shipped back. I’m not sure whose fault it was for this mistake, but it has cost me time and money.
