I was told my order was in and I told Ted I will be there to pick up shortly, it's -10 outside. When I get there Ted and the girl with brown hair wouldn't give me my order. He she said they are doing a return and I would get my money on a check in the mail. They haven't even started the return from the 20th, Ted tried to give me a 62 dollar credit for a trade in watch that's a brand new watch, never even worn or used. When i went back to get my watch back the girl said there is no watch, after talking with Ted he told the brunette to give him his watch
