- LGLinda GodwinAug 9, 20253.0I had an appointment today at 10 am. I was about 5 minutes early when I arrived. The OPEN sign was on and lights inside the store were on however the door was locked. I immediately called the phone number mentioned but a message came in saying they were busy with another client so I waited about 10 minutes and left but came back in less than 10 minutes and the same scenario. After waiting I called again with the same message- I left a message and said I am not waiting any longer. I left and drove back home 35 minutes. No return call and no explanation. I have been a client for over 20 years but I will soon be leaving Verizon due to the poor service, etc! I’ve always had great service at this store but this was absolutely insane!!!
