Great guy very knowledgeable and courteous, left with new home internet and much better plan than I had. I left the store and had a working internet within 10 minutes of arriving at my home. Highly recommend Chris and this store.

The Verizon call center is in the Philippines apparently and even when I went to the store we had to call the Philippines from there too. So I'm sitting here on old again. 4th call today, still no resolution.
