As a delivery driver I need consistent cell service and definitely did not get that when I switched to a different carrier. Next time you stop in try to get Ali to help you with your transfer over as she is very helpful and will do her best to help you with your needs. I still believe Verizon is one of the best and won’t be leaving again anytime soon as they provide the best coverage for my route in the Southeast IA area. They cover about 95% or more of my current route while the other service I switched to only covered maybe 85% or less. Keep up the good work Verizon!!!! Your 4G still does just as good or better as some of the 5G from another carrier….Now that’s saying something
