- H1HVAC 1Oct 22, 20251.0Went to Mo Valley Store, wanted to switch my business account from T-Mobile to Verizon and get a new phone. I already had the phone and plan chosen from the Verizon website. After over an hour, with the counter person having to make calls to the business manager, giving them all the relevant details, they were unable to complete the transaction as the enrollment screen was timing out or something. The other counter person was literally sleeping on his stool. Counter person said she's normally at the Blair store and I should go there. Next day went to Blair store, as soon as I walk in the same dude who was sleeping the day before says sorry can't help you, the business manager has to do something and will be in touch. Never heard back. Verizon is a good provider but this Victra vendor of theirs is completely unprofessional and poorly organized. I'd suggest finding a real Verizon store in Omaha or somewhere if you want to switch to Verizon.
