    I went in to hand in phone on account that was a trade in. Everything was already set with verizon, the main company directly. However this walk in mason city verizon (is no longer a direct atore) and doesn't care about you as a consumer. They said i needed to cancel my trade in and let them do it. They had me pull up my account online and they hit the cancel button on my phone before asking my permission. Which ended up costing me hundreds more on my bill. Made me lose promotions and hours more time on verizon customer service trying to fix what they screwed up. In which im still trying to sort out with direct verizon on the phone. CUSTOMER BEWARE! WHEN YOU GO TO A VERIZON STORE THATS NOT DIRECT, IT COSTS YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN WITH ALL THEIR FEES THEY TACK ON THERE. I never would have went here had i known they were no longer a direct verizon store. My bill which Verizon (direct store on *611) was supposed to notw be a new monthly of 239....until they did their handy work and now my next month bill is 553. Im considering switching and I've been with verizon 17 years!

    We had a great experience. When we walked in, we were put on a waiting list. We did wait for quite a long time, but when it was our turn the service was excellent. The staff (Waroon is fantastic) helped us navigate some complex issues when switching 3 new phones. Eventually, we all went home with phones we could use with zero problems.

    My son is on my plan and after an update, his phone wouldn't work. He went in for help but since he's not a manager on my plan, they wouldn't help him. They called a manager on our plan for approval and hung up on him when he couldn't send them a picture of his i.d. In all my 22 years with Verizon I have never been asked to send a picture of my i.d and after calling into Verizon they said they don't need a photo i.d. these 2 men at this location didn't want to help because there was no sale involved. Sorry to say there are 2 less phones on my plan now. Horrible Horrible customer service.....shame on you!!!
