  Our visit to rhe Russell Cellular Verizon store in Keokuk Iowa was extremely helpful. The people there were informative, patient, and through in explaining all the options. We can't imagine a better interaction.

  Corey did an awesome job at helping me with my phone because my old phone died and he explained what I could do with my old phone and I decided to go with a new phone and Corey had to go to Burlington to get it . He went to get it for me and he got everything all switched out and I would say he went above and be on to help a customer with the problem . Thank you Corey again for doing an excellent job with helping us with the new phone .
