Our 2 other lines had phone upgrades done at two other locations and were in and out in 20min. each. After everything was done I logged back into our account and the billing on the initial two lines from your location were wrong. We were being charged $10 more/mo. I will never go to a retail location again, faster and easier to drive to a corporate store in DSM or conduct my business online. Very frustrating. The staff was at least friendly and pleasant to work with.
