So they told me i could drop my old one off as a trade in at any verizon. I walked into this verizon and told them i wanted to trade it in and a white guy with glasses ask if it was specifically their franchise. I told him i wasn't sure and that i got it at the west des moines store and he said if i didnt read their franchise name it mustve been a corporate store and that i had to go back to a corporate store. I then drove the half hour to the other store come to find out they ARE franchised together and this guy just didnt want to help. The other store told me he couldve pulled up where i got it in the system but he instead chose to turn me away. Terrible customer service. I'm just gonna do the half hour drive everytime i need something from verizon now.
