    I bought 2 new phones on Black Friday at another Dubuque store. I came to this other store to return my old phones. Your manager Luke Matthews noticed that I had received the promotion on one of my two phones but not the other one. He spent time on the phone with an agent to get it all set for me. He is a great customer service guy!
