  I dealt with Austin and he was awesome I went to a different Verizon store and was not happy, not comfortable and came to see Austin at the Verizon on the arterial and feel so good and comfortable and it was a great choice it's a wonderful store I would give it more than five stars if I could!

  I recently was at the Verizon store with my family to purchase new phones and Terry waited on us. He was so helpful since we didn’t know passwords etc. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor in dealing with us.

  Adam was so helpful and pleasant. I upgraded six phones and he sorted through my offers to find me the best savings. He then explained the breakdown of everything. I never felt pressured or confused. This is the most pleasant experience I’ve had in the 19 years I’ve been a customer with Verizon! Thank you Dubuque for bringing in the best of the best
