I was with Verizon for a few years, and they started double charge in me. Saying I was missing payments even though I had proof that I was making all of the payments and they were taking the moneyout of my bank account. Then, they turn my service off while I was talking to them on my cellphone. Later found out that they do this to a lot of people. I checked out other cellphone services and explain to them.I was having problems with verizon, and every single one of em said, were they double charging me without me even telling him what happened yet.
I showed them my bank account payments. They said that I missed some payments over a year ago, but the issue didn't start until about three months ago.

Nick Drake provided excellent customer service. We had been in in December and placed an order for new phones and a tablet. Unfortunately, the promotion expired before all of our devices arrived. We were going to have to pay almost $200 plus other fees and taxes. Nick was able to work with Verizon Customer service and get the device at the promotional rate we had been promised. Nick earned five stars, but I gave four because the store itself is still working out the kinks. It is no longer a Verizon store, but an authorized dealer. Unfortunately, the Dubuque location is still working on improving things and getting the reps trained. During this transition things may be rough. But if we give them some grace and time, I believe they will perform at the level I have come to expect over my 23 years of service with them.
