  Had my cat spayed and vaccinated here. There was mis-information for pricing from original receptionist and real price was twice the original quote which actually required a consultation I also wasn't originally told about. Staff was friendly, loves my cat. At pick up I waited over 30 minutes to have my cat brought out and her release paperwork was not given to me. They did call to collect the rest of my payment the next day, which I could've taken care of at pick up but receptionist was too busy helping others that walked in after we did and didnt check if someone knew I was there for 20 minutes. I received her release papers a few days after payment. Seems to be a disconnect between the veterinary staff and the reception staff. 2 different levels of caring.
