He is nothing but respectable and is always willing to help me with all my needs. I have never had a bad experience coming to this location. Ira is fantastic employee and does an amazing job and I'm glad to someone who is attentive to everything he does. Great listener and very helpful.
- MMMing MegerNov 27, 20251.0My friend and I walked in yesterday 11/26/25 to look for a new plan. The only worker there was a short guy with a long beard. This is the weirdest experience and I need to share it. I'm Asian American, and I feel discriminated by this guy. I told him I want to see if I can keep my number. He said he don't think my phone would work in the US without even asking what type of phone I'm using. I used Samsung galaxy S21 bought in the US and I've been using them the last 4 years. He was rude and argumentative the whole time we were there, not sure what make him angry.
