  I live in Iowa and pay for my parents phones in Arkansas. It is very inconvenient for me. Most temporary passwords and/or pins are texted to their Arkansas phones, not mine. They are 80yo. They get confused easily. This was the ONLY store in the Des Moines area that answered my phone call and tried to help me. If you're going to a Cricket store, I recommend you go see these ladies. JESS and her staff care!

  Fast and easy service. Zack is a very knowledgeable and personable tech. Very fast and efficient. I've had cricket for years and I will continue with them.
