So I drove 45 minutes to the store walked in and told them I was told to go there for help and stated why. Without even looking up my account to review notes I was told there was nothing they could do but maybe put in a ticket. I stated I was told to go to the store and assured the had the tools to help and stated I’ve already done multiple tickets and tier 2 tech support which all failed and is why I am there. I asked him to look at the account but they refused. Said they don’t understand why they would say to go there. So basically told to kick rocks by the store rep which has now trashed 16 years of my business and now multiple people I know are leaving Verizon in the coming days as a result.
