    Absolute terrible service I go in there to buy a phone case and a screen protector for a new cell phone for my business. They log into my account after scanning the product three or four times tells me that they cannot sell it to me because they screwed it up by scanning it too many times and there is not a single manager on duty in that store. There is eight people sitting at the desk playing on their phones not a single one can override this transaction that the gentleman screwed up and couldn’t back out of it. I don’t see how you can have eight employees on the floor playing on their phones. Customer walks in to buy accessories for their new device that they just received in the mail and you can’t get them because they scan them way too many times and can’t override it or have a manager override their mistake and then has the decency to tell me I can’t sell you this our system is having a failure. I look at him and I said you might as well close up doors and lock them and go home. absolutely a joke

    I had a very bad experience at the Verizon store in Davenport, especially during Black Friday. I was misled about pricing and promotions simply to make a sale. Jaylen, along with the store manager, told me that several devices were “free” with the promotion and that I would receive $200 per device in credits. Based on what I was told in-store, I expected $1,200 total in credits. Instead, I only received $500, with no clear explanation after the fact. What makes this worse is that my monthly bill jumped from $190 to nearly $400, which is the complete opposite of what was promised. Had I been told the truth upfront, I would never have agreed to the purchase. This felt like classic bait-and-switch sales tactics—promises made in the store that did not match the actual billing once everything was processed. Verizon is a major company, and customers should not have to double-check every word a salesperson or manager says to avoid being overcharged. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise others to get everything in writing before agreeing to any promotion at this location.

    Disappointed!!! Disappointed 0/10 I have a bad customer service and experience. Verizon lied about Black Friday promotion pricing, plain and simple. I was clearly told one price and set of promotional terms at the time of purchase, and once the bill arrived, none of it matched what was promised. This was not a misunderstanding — it was misleading sales tactics used to close a deal For a company that charges premium prices, Verizon’s behavior is unacceptable. Misrepresenting promotions during Black Friday is deceptive, and the complete lack of follow-through afterward shows a total disregard for customers. This experience has destroyed my trust in Verizon, and I regret ever switching. What really pissed me off was the store manager was also involved.
