When I asked about how much a month she said “$1,000” I was asking a genuine question and she dismissed me. she was not clear with what I would be paying. I also got charged twice from trying to do pick up in store. I have yet to see my refund for either charge. Without being clear on the price or even pausing to explain the bill or charges she had already scanned the phone in. Also did not tell me how much my accessories were. By the time she was done I ended up paying almost $300 to start the service with an unclear breakdown of what everything would cost. Extremely unhappy. I plan to pay off the phone with taxes and take my business elsewhere

He made us aware of all our options but not once made me feel like I was being sold a used car. We upgraded three phones and Jon facilitated our data transfers flawlessly. It was sooooo worth buying the cases and screen protectors at the same time because he also installed those! I will definitely be back when we are due for another upgrade!
