He stated his name was "flex" this was Feb 3rd between 5:20-5:30pm. I came in, and I was like, hey, i'm supposed to be a trading in a phone. he's like, no, you don't do that here.He's like they should have sent you something.I said, no, they told me to come here. he's like, okay, well, what's your phone number, ( should have been the first thing he asked before telling me that I was wrong) so he pulls it up and then he's like you'll get a text message. And starts walking away. Not asking if I needed a charger ( which I was going to get there) I guess a trip elsewhere or a phone case.. didn't say anything else.. And i'm like, okay?? Just baffled ..

He got 4 ppl mad they matched out of the store . While customers are already upset as it is he's not a nice guy trying to calm ppl down your about to loose lots of customers business very long wait times only 2 working here Sunday lots ppl here hire 7 more ppl to run the store
