- AJAmanda Monique Johnson4 days ago1.0If i could put zero stars thats what I would have done, this stores workers duped my husband and I into signing up for there internet so that we could get the promotion of a free speaker box. We never got the speaker box after we selected redeem during the redeem period. We called the Verizon customer service line, we spent an hour trying to get the speaker and they said they resolved the issue and that the speaker would arrive Nov 10. Well it is Nov 19 and still nothing, leading us to have to call Verizon customer service again .....we have currently been on the phone for 2 hours and 43 minutes being bounced around to now 3 different representatives talking about they are "trying to push the order through to the warehouse" and for some odd reason not being able to, us requesting to speak to a supervisor several times only to be transferred to another rep who has no clue to the situation having us then have to explain it all over again. If we do not receive the speaker as promised we will be shutting off service not only for the wifi but for the phones too I refuse to do business with companies who handle there customer service in this manner. They should be ashamed of themselves. Also BEWARE their "perks" for example Disney plus is not free for x amount of time because after a few months of free Disney they began charging for it when we originally were told by this specific locations employee we would have free Disney for a year and the Customer service rep on the phone responded with they never had such a promotion and that the store employee gave the wrong information like wowwww! Do better Verizon do better! And also can you stop outsourcing customer service representatives jobs to other countries too please(I know wishful thinking😒).

I bought new phone, which has sooo many glitch, I came to exchange, but they start lied and said I need pay them $30 while I’m getting restore the phone near them!!! The office in Florida said I can exchange in any office, because I’m driving across all states! For 100% I’ll go T-mobile and will never use this terrible company!
