    Young worker guy getting people very upset he got an attitude n told me have some respect while I'm on the phone with corporate office Verizon trying to return extender box when I was told I can bring it to the store. He got 4 ppl mad they matched out of the store . While customers are already upset as it is he's not a nice guy trying to calm ppl down your about to loose lots of customers business very long wait times only 2 working here Sunday lots ppl here hire 7 more ppl to run the store

    I have always dreaded having to go into Verizon. Usually it’s a 3-6 hour ordeal with confusing language, not the most helpful and I always leave feeling a little roughed up. Today however I had the pleasure of working with Grace. She made visiting Verizon for a really complicated matter a complete and utter joy. She was funny, thoughtful, worked so hard to fix our problem and was incredibly attentive. If you have to go there, make sure you ask for Grace. She will have your back and make you remember good people exist in the world.
