  The guy from April 7 afternoon shift horrible customer service did not want to help me out or seem interested to want to while the store was empty would recommend coming back when the lady is there

  Bought service only to be told my phone was not compatible despite being told previously it was, yet the phone was still registered to my account. Then went and got a new phone and couldn't activate it. Then when it got finally registered I was told to activate the sim card it came with and it would work. Nope somehow another sim card is registered and they need to change it to the one it came with but have to send me a pin that I can't receive because the sim card isn't active. Was refused a refund on service I can't use because they screwed up every step of the way and can't explain how.
