Ordered phones online to pick up in store, I didn’t realize that the phones weren’t ready and made the trip, they were very understanding and helped to get the order ready so I didn’t have to make the hour and a half drive back the next day. I really appreciated this and couldn’t ask for better customer service.

My elderly mother stopped in for some basic help with her cell phone. The staff treated her so bad she called me crying. She said they kept talking to her like a child and in a condescending tone. I felt so bad. I usually have decent service at this store but the young guys that work here need to be a little more patience and a lot more respectful of their elders.
