  I was in last week to fix my phone issue with losing GPS signal. He didn't seem very interested and was rude. I asked who the manager was he said he was Told me I had to get a new phone, my phone was only a year old. Not happy with the service from your manager, I also asked why Google still shows a store on East Iowa City. I went there first I mentioned it and he just blamed it on corporate saying they didn't care if people go to a closed store. My time is valuable to me

  I went to the store at 4:14 p.m., and Google said they closed at 5 p.m. When I got there, there were two people waiting to get in, but they had already closed. They should adjust the hours on Google. This happened on March 8, 2025.
