  My experience with best buy is always good even if they dont have a product I want at that moment the employees are amazing, knowledgeable and not pushy like some sales people. I was looking for a laptop and was being picky about what I was after and asked a few of the guys some questions and each one answered them and helped me pick what I needed, wasn't the brand I went in for but after some research and talking to them I got a better deal. Again thank you to the Best buy employees for doing a great job

  Today I went to the store, ask questions to one of the geek squad employee, once I was done with him I started walking around the store with my son. Next thing you know I was harassed by employees chasing me around the store. this kind of behavior need to stop, never felt this harassed and insulted inside this best buy store. Employees has such a disrespectful attitude towards my son when he asked for help about the Switch 2. By harassing people, you will be losing customers quickly, first time visiting this area. Disappointed that you treat customers in such a disgusting manner.

  Terrible retail experience I went to Best Buy today trying to buy a new keyboard and a Headset and possibly a graphics card when I walked in I was Approached by an employee, who asked if I needed help finding anything I told him I was looking for the keyboards And had a couple questions he pointed To where the keyboards were and then walked past me to go help people that walked in after me I was not able to get my questions answered by any other employees as I was told that wasn’t their department and they didn’t know Terrible experience Would’ve rather wait a week for online shipping then have to deal with Employees who just wanna sit on their phone.

  Best Buy has to be one of the worst retail experiences and there is out there and this one at Coralville takes the cake. The last three trips I’ve made to a Best Buy to buy something that was advertised on their website or even on display in their store has never in stock. This trend continued today when I tried to buy a MacBook Air 13 inch with the 512 gig memory. It was listed as on sale 899. They had two different models on display on the website, which is why I drove there. Lo and behold none in stock. . It was listed as on sale 899. They had two different models on display on the website, which is why I drove there. Lo and behold none in stock so I tried to buy the open box 15 inch model asked for the AppleCare coverage. They spent 30 minutes and couldn’t get that rang up so I was like fine. Order me one of the 13 inch with a 512 so after being in the store 45 minutes they’re like oh we can’t order those anymore so why in the heck is it on display? Why is it on your website? Why is it available at other locations to order and why didn’t the retail associate just tell me that in the first place because the very first thing she said after she said they were in stock is that she could order them?
