    RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN we initially had what we though was an incredible experience with the store staff and manager Miah we now belilve that to be smoke and mirrors. We have had nothing but issues with their over promises and flat out lies Before Christmas of 2025 We promised a promotion paying off of old devices ( nearly $1k) if we left them and came to them. Also promised about $600.00 in account credits for the value of our phone trade ins. I was extremely hesitant and should of trusted my guy. At the end of our transaction I was expecting a physical card/ NOPE they failed to mention this would be a digital card coming in my email in 8 weeks. its now 2/2/2026 and we been pushed around, lied to, promised resolution and literally hung up on all while we have been extremely polite patient and respectful te did everything we were told to do and keep getting told we did everything right and qualify for everything. on Jan 16th we got the email NOPE error. I spent three weeks escalating this issue taking time off work to go in the store to get a resolution afte over a week trying to resolve it on the phone. We paid US cellular from my Wedding Savings with the under standing we were going to get this money we were promised ( which is in writing and on multiple recorded lines) I requested to get paid in cash a physical card I would go pick up or cashiers check. Not a single employee answer or responded to this request. I was either hung up on or ignored and they changed the subject. SHADY After taking time off in the store the manager Miah supposedly escalated this which at the time felt promising ( I should of known better) Now its Feb 2nd. and the same error is occurring and they don't know why. Nobody can get me to the correct area and they avoid providing me a response to getting a physical card, cash, or check. They continue to lie and make promises that this payment was approved ( which i have in writing) and are unable to follow through/ I have now asked for cash compensation, a Physical card for a third time and I am demanding a response. I have contacted an attorney and they agree they are in significant breach of the contract and terms and conditions of the agreement we have in writing. I fully plan to sue them, as well as lost wages and travel fees and whatever I can get since they seem incapable of providing any form of resolution.

    Went to upgrade a phone. Sale rep to sell me home internet for a hour! Had to walk away didn’t even get a phone wasted half a day still had the nerve to text and spam me after!

    To the closing manager that worked 1/28/26 and Hardy. I got taken care of at the Merl Hay location. They got a new phone ordered for me as I was still within my 30 day window. The volume button on my new phone was not working properly but you said it was "normal" without even coming out and looking at the phone itself. Instead you send what seemed to be a new employee to tell me to "call apple". Mind you if you would've actually looked at my account you would've seen I just got this phone on the 10th.

    Trash verizon store . Expect to STAND for 35 minutes & wait as they have not 1 place for you to sit down and yet have a line constantly
