I specifically asked if I would lose any apps and was told. No. Lost most,but my Email is still unavailable. Went in today asked for assistance and was denied,by the very same Woman that set up the phones. Immediately drove to the IA Atty,Gen. Consumer division and filed formal complaint. If could've left a -0 rating I would have
