  I had an amazing experience at this location! I called ahead to compare the online price of the iPhone 16e, and the staff over the phone was so helpful. When I arrived, the service only got better the representative was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking to switch to Cricket or upgrade your phone, I highly recommend this store

  Went for service and new phones,was told 30 minutes to transfer service to new phones. 4 hours later, I actually had to leave for a Dr. Appt..,it was finally done. I specifically asked if I would lose any apps and was told. No. Lost most,but my Email is still unavailable. Went in today asked for assistance and was denied,by the very same Woman that set up the phones. Immediately drove to the IA Atty,Gen. Consumer division and filed formal complaint. If could've left a -0 rating I would have

  I went to this location because it was close to me. I had been a long time customer and left cricket due to poor customer service a few years ago, so I was hestitant. Karina was very helpful, she was very clear on cost and service. It was fast and easy!! I left very satisfied and wished I had gotten to speak with her years before when I stopped my service originally, because I would not have done it.

  I did not feel welcome. I was asked several times what I was doing and what I was going to figure out. I have been a cricket customer for 8 years I have 4 lines. I buy in cash every new Iphone and a new android every other year. So they get 1500 in phones a year plus 1296 a year in service money. So Im no slouch. I was informed were I could go to have my phone worked on outside of cricket wirless. I had insurance on two lines. I was also informed I could get a free replacement on LG for a year but I would have to mail mine in. In the end I left with having insurance removed from one line and not getting my phone fixed. Operation program issue on stylo 6.
