Bill increases by $15 to $25 every 3 months because of "state taxes" they won't acknowledge you in the store unless you're purchasing something or upgrading. You have to pay your bill in a machine if you want to pay it at the store now. And it doesn't give out change so you get screwed over unless you have the exact change. And anybody who's who's there working? None of them will carry change on them so there no help either. Makes it hard for somebody who gets paid in cash and is used to paying their bill in cash.

Staff sitting at table in center on store ignored me as I walked over to the phone case display. Didn’t see what I needed, had to walk over to the staff to ask for help. Asked if they have cases for iPhone 14. Was told nope, you’d have to go to target or Amazon for that. I stated I didn’t want to do either of those things, said thanks and was walking out the door, when I was asked then if I wanted to upgrade my phone, as I’m walking out the door? Odd sales technique, terrible customer service.

They were out of stock but assured me I’d get it next day… 3-5 business days was free… I didn’t get the phone for 5 days… I switched to us cellular after 3 days. Now this store won’t return the phone I ordered it from and is charging me $1600 for the trade in and new phone… why? I own one… had to go to a different store. Makes sense why this location is dumb… not corporate… chosen by franchise trying to make money off the name…
