    Very nice staff but sketchy sales tactics. I went in to compare price with AT&T to buy a new line and phone. Price was similar to my the current provider, but they stated that I don’t have to turn in my iPhone. So I went through the painful process of changing providers. After the 2 lines were set up and transferred (1.5 hour process), I was informed that “oh suddenly there is this other offer that now doesn’t work and you now do need to turn in device.” I flagged that I have been re-traded after purchase. He said he would look into it but would give me a call once he talks to the manager. 3 weeks later, I got no call and of course the general corporate line will not acknowledge promises made. So just be careful what you think you’re buying may turn out differently. Love the people not the methods.

    Filled with very knowledgeable and friendly people. I love working with Paige, she is such an asset to the Verizon team. I hope management realizes that her customer service skills are hard to find in this day.

    Ask for Gregory, he will spend time with you and ensure that everything is set up before you leave. Remember that if you get a new phone that a data transfer does not transfer password keeper data or two factor authentication (2FA) data and some other types.

    This company just withdrew $2800 out of my acct, without even letting me see my final bill. They took my mortgage money, and they could care less, because they got their money. I’m not saying I didn’t owe this, there were several factors involved including another phone carrier, but payment options might have been nice instead it just taking it in one chunk with me even being aware. Top it off I tried to call, but you can’t get past the automated system trying to sell you new phone service😤. So I drove 20 miles to the nearest store… Collins rd in Cedar Rapids. Where the assistant manger had an attitude. I told her not to pull that with me, and she got super aggressive saying she wasn’t going to help me unless I calmed down. She didn’t even start with a pleasant attitude. You could tell the whole store was having a bad day. Regrettably I lost my shit and walked out due to this nonsense. Thankfully I went across town to the other store where Nick was very helpful. Getting me a number where I could actually talk to someone.
