    This company just withdrew $2800 out of my acct, without even letting me see my final bill. They took my mortgage money, and they could care less, because they got their money. I’m not saying I didn’t owe this, there were several factors involved including another phone carrier, but payment options might have been nice instead it just taking it in one chunk with me even being aware. Top it off I tried to call, but you can’t get past the automated system trying to sell you new phone service😤. So I drove 20 miles to the nearest store… Collins rd in Cedar Rapids. Where the assistant manger had an attitude. I told her not to pull that with me, and she got super aggressive saying she wasn’t going to help me unless I calmed down. She didn’t even start with a pleasant attitude. You could tell the whole store was having a bad day. Regrettably I lost my shit and walked out due to this nonsense. Thankfully I went across town to the other store where Nick was very helpful. Getting me a number where I could actually talk to someone.

    Possibly one of the best costumer service experiences I’ve had! Staff was very helpful and patient with my many questions as a new Verizon customer. Went in with not a lot of hope in getting a new phone due to the store we went to before but the staff steered me in the right direction and help me get my new phone! I will forever recommend this store and Verizon to anyone! A big shout to the 2 guys who helped me today!

    Highly disappointed in my experience today. I walked out. I fail to understand first what is so difficult to understand about having an appointment that I had made a few weeks ago with a person handling a situation that was pretty memorable thus hard to forget. I come in today and he had little recollection of what our appointment was about. I then simply said Trey set up the appointment a few weeks ago and it was his idea to go over the Black Friday deals as it related to my situation. I get people see a lot of customers but I do not expect blank stares and completely forgetting why he was the one who suggested the appointment in the first place. Not to mention I had an appointment I confirmed and another rep indicated he double booked. I will take my business to Coralville on Sunday. I even brought other questions and was advised those couldn't be answered. I will be filing a complaint through customer service when the weekend is over. This was a waste of my time. I do not feel like a valued customer at all.

    Verizon online store sent me Zagg screen cover that even though correct model number the screen cover was too small. Went to local Verizon's store on Williams Blvd and Nick the Verizon sales consultant saw the problem and got me fixed with correct size screen protector. We opened the second screen protector from online store for other phone and that was also small. Nick got correct screen to fit our 2nd phone on also too. Impressive Nick!
