    Verizon online store sent me Zagg screen cover that even though correct model number the screen cover was too small. Went to local Verizon's store on Williams Blvd and Nick the Verizon sales consultant saw the problem and got me fixed with correct size screen protector. We opened the second screen protector from online store for other phone and that was also small. Nick got correct screen to fit our 2nd phone on also too. Impressive Nick!

    This location, as well as the online phone number I’ve been given to call, have not fixed the problem with my billing for 3 straight months. My husband and I both traded in our phones in July and paid off the remainder owed on our new phones. A bill for my husband’s phone consistently shows up for $23 on our bill and has not been fixed. We have been told to wait for the next billing cycle to see it removed and it has not.

    Horrible experience. Was swapping from US Cellular to Verizon and brought in my own phone. Spent 3 hours talking to Trey over the course of 3 visits, 2 hours being the longest visit. During the final visit, Trey hung up with the Verizon support team and told me I had to call support tomorrow. After I mention I would rather have a refund, Trey said I couldn’t be refunded. I asked for a partial and Trey still told me no. I asked for a manager and Trey still told me no. I walked out, called support the next morning and everything was handled from scratch (I stormed out and left my paperwork for all the information). Took me less than an hour on the phone to get the new phone activated and my old number ported over. Unsure why it took an employee 3+ hours when it took me 1. Save yourself the time, and just call their support number instead of stopping in.

    Went in for a new phone, but they didn't want to sell me one! Had to upgrade my plan! Sent me over to best buy because I didn't want to spend more money on a plan! They are not a phone store.

    Was referred to this store by the Verizon company itself. When I arrived Tara was the one to assist me, and went to the back to check for a phone to replace the one I just got. She was in the back for an excess of 20 minutes and finally came back out talking to two coworkers and completely ignoring me. Her one coworker went to help another customer, the other was called to assist by another colleague and then I asked her if she found my phone at which point she turned and said they didn't have it. She offered to order the phone to be delivered but said I would need to pay the tax on the phone. When I shared that Verizon corporate had explicitly stated I wouldn't need to do that she said that there was no way around it. I asked if the manager could override it and she said that no one could. Apparently Verizon corporate and their franchise locations don't communicate with one another, but candidly the way the situation was handled in the store (mainly going to the back then coming out like she had completely forgotten I was even there 20 minutes later) was unprofessional at absolute best. Giving two stars instead of one, because honestly the other guys working there seemed like they were genuinely helpful to the other customers in the store.
