Steven met me at the door and asked how he could help and he set me up immediately at the same time three other customers came in and he was helping all of us at one time!! he kept everybody happy to get a great job if I’m ever back in Cedar Rapids I will come back and use your store because of Steven little Gracie even says hi to Steven!!! . He was very helpful and made the process easy! He helped me to ake advantage of all the promotions and add ons with the new iPad !!!

Every month something else is wrong on our account. It has been 13 months of fighting with both this location and customer service and nothing ever gets fixed. The manager made up trade in promotions that never existed and is blaming his mistake on his employees even though he is the only person we has ever worked with. This manager also called my business partner disgusting. We have spent over one hundred hours both in the store and with on the phone customer service to get our account fixed and nothing ever gets done. And just a heads up, when you work with this location you can only ever go here if you have problems because no other Verizon can see their information. Which should have been disclosed upfront.

First they gave me a Pixel 10 instead, then when I brought up the mistake (which I didn't realize until the next day), they charged me another $50 to fix THEIR mistake. Later, I discovered that they also switched all of my families plans to no longer include a hotspot, but at the same price of the subscription. Contacting Verison support to see if they could revert it, they said no, but they could add the hotspot back for $15 per month PER LINE. So not only did I get charged over $200 in fees (not including taxes), but I also had my families plan increase by $45 a month to maintain the same experience that we had before. I can't remember his exact name, but avoid Hamza (I think) like the plague. Sleazy salesperson who straight up lied multiple times to me in order to make a sale. Truly terrible.

This man went to the mat with me in honoring my full coversge warranty & saved me hours of grief. His attitude, expertise and ability to multi-task numerous customers to everyone's satisfaction is just amazing. This man is friendly, efficient, has the patience of Job, excellent people skills & flat knows his stuff. Verizon is lucky to have him!
