    Great experience at Best Buy in Cedar Rapids. The store is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering my questions and guiding me to what I needed without any pressure. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Definitely one of the better Best Buy locations I’ve visited!

    Super unimpressed with this location and how they handle their geek squad appointments. They almost never have anyone at the geek squad desk to check customers in for their appointments. And if you go to another member of Best Buy. They could care less. What time your appointment is and how long you have to wait, just to get checked in for your scheduled appointment. The management at this store really needs to do a significantly better job here. Start caring about your geek squad customers. Telling your members who have a specific appointment time they just have to wait until a geek squad member is available to check someone in in unacceptable customer service Mike. Do better

    Very Meh experience. So I ordered online for a phone. Was going to be ready in a couple of days. Fine no worries. I show up at the end of the day and it's not ready; truck is late. Fine it happens, but they are unwilling to help or give any info (won't exchange for something similar on-hand or search the truck, etc) just to then get a notification that it'll be delayed up to a week?! A week? You had 3 days to deliver and get it ready smh. I will had never had a bad In store experience but when it comes to buying online HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. please fix your bs Best buy

    I just had the best experience at Best Buy. Two persons Kay and a young man in electronics helped me identify the best device to locate my phone if it's lost. I purchased that and then Kay took time to upload that app on my phone set it up and show me how to use it. Very impressed with the kindness and the service and the appropriateness of the device they recommended. Update Had to return to best buy twice because this device was not working. It worked at the store but not away from the store. Very frustrating. However a very nice young man Christian (Chris) very refunded this on the card that I purchased with no problems. So I do appreciate that. Excellent service on his part.

    On December 16th i bought a remote start from best buy and had them install it in their auto department. As soon as i left from the installation my car flashed with service lights and disabled my cruise control and other important features in my car! I then called in for them to fix it and they said they wouldn’t have an appointment until February 5th . After waiting nearly two months for my appointment and waiting 6 hours they told me after disconnecting my car battery to remove the starter they were unable to reinstall my battery. They then had to go and find me a new battery. I arrived around 10 am until 6pm until they finally found a new battery and installed it. I just left from my appointment and made it no farther than a mile away from the store before my car gave a message saying to stop immediately before it shuts off. My car then proceeds to aggressively shaking and not turn on. After getting a ride and returning to the store to explain what just happened. The manager Gill asked me “did you take it to a mechanic to determine if the battery was the reason the car stopped you can’t prove our work did anything” are you serious? I just left from here no less than 15 minutes ago and have never had this issue ever. I then asked for a refund for the remote starter since they removed it from my vehicle and told me schedule it again to be put in again in a week. Gill then went to look for the starter in the auto bay and said he couldn’t find it so he won’t refund me. I have paid $300 for a starter, $200 for a tow, and now more for repairs to the vehicle. The managers have no sense of social skills and seemed very flustered and overstimulated. I’m not even blaming the technician he was cool and communicative during the whole process I understand things happen and take time but management seemed more worried about blaming me and trying to push the agenda I brought in a dead battery. My battery had no issues prior I brought my car in because the remote start disable my cruise control nothing pertaining to the battery.
