  Their return policy is horrible. 15 days to return a cord you didn't open and was wrong based on your search. But hey, for $50 you can upgrade to our membership + and then we can return the $20 cord. I can get the same stuff anywhere and feel more comfortable they will treat me right if I can't make it back right away. Canceled my tablet order because I cannot take that chance. They would have made more money off the tablet and future purchases. Fool me once. Never again Best Buy, NEVER AGAIN.

  I will say this review is situational. Went in to order a TV. Decided to do one of the open box floor models to save money. The gentlemen helping me just kept trying to sell me on other things with it. Very annoying. This one came with. "No cables or remote" so I bought them. When it comes time to move the TV he doesn't grab a cart. Just drags the TV box on the ground across the store. I pay for it and they load it up. Got it home found out it was broken!! Shattered screen. Had to return it and had to spend 70 more dollars on a nicer model. When I looked at the ground I noticed the cables for my broken TV laying on the ground!! Just so unprofessional when it comes to how this employee did his job. Well done for the service desk in the return

  Very poor customer service. I came in and bought a TV and two year service contract on a Sunday. The 65 inch TV would not fit in the car. I was told they would deliver on Thursday between 8 AM and 12:30 PM. My guy said he would come over and let the guys into my apartment since I had to work. The person helping me suggested I download the Best Buy app which would let me know around what time the delivery guy named Devin would be coming. Thursday morning I checked the app and it says Devin will be arriving at 9:10 AM. I messaged my guy and tell him so he can be at my apartment to let him in. Hours go by.... no calls or messages...nothing. I call the store and they don't know how to contact Devin. We wait more....still nothing...app still says 9:10 AM delivery. My guy calls the store and they tell him that the delivery has been changed to Saturday!! No one called or told us why the delivery had changed or even if it was okay with us! I had had enough! I rented a U haul van for $60 and drove over to Best Buy. Asked to speak with a manager. I told him what happened and said I was there to pick up my TV. He got a young man and they went in the back and brought out the TV. Not one time did he offer any apologies or say he would look into the matter. Nothing. I will never buy anything from this store again! I learned my lesson!

  TERRIBLE experience trying to get a dryer delivered. Scheduled for delivery today, so I sit around at home waiting and no one ever shows up, no one calls to update. Come to find out the store didn’t have the dryer til today? I try to reschedule the delivery and now have to wait 5 more days. No discounts or sorrys. I will never get anything from Best Buy again. UPDATE: cancelled and going with Lowe’s for the same dryer, already on schedule for Saturday delivery.

  Great experience at Best Buy in Cedar Rapids. The store is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering my questions and guiding me to what I needed without any pressure. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Definitely one of the better Best Buy locations I’ve visited!
