That young man needs a raise and the recognition for picking up the slack and laziness of past employees. We have been battling with this store due to their failure of not following through with promotional credits for trading in a phone. We were promised $1000 trade in for our phone, did we get it? No. Bailey stated many times she’d take care of it, when in fact it was her fault we didn’t get in the first place. We battled with this store and past employees trying to get to the end of it because of their mistakes for 14 months!!! You read that right 14 months!!!! Finally after today 11/24/2025 we got our closure! Harmon listened to us and took care of our problem immediately! He got down to the bottom of it and made the phone call and fixed it right then and there! What took 14 months to be passed around from employee to employee, he fixed the problem with in an hour!! Kudos to him, I will only return if he’s still employed there! He’s great! Don’t take this employee for granted.

He helped me prepare for this and it worked perfectly today. He was so kind and had amazing customer service!!
