    Hadn't been in one in years. Layout took a bit to figure out. Once I found some help to find what I was looking for, the selection was not large. Staff was friendly.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went there and bought a PC case for my gaming PC next thing I know the legs have out and my whole tower fell on the floor. Broke a piece of my motherboard. So I went to geek squad cuz I was told I could get reimbursed. Here’s news for ya they can’t even though their product damaged 700 dollars worth of PC parts. They made me pay 200 dollars to warranty the case out as in their own words “i can’t warranty this product because your not enrolled in the membership.” Good news they say that it can be salvaged cuz it was just one piece. so I’m already upset about this and just go with it. Next day they say a cords missing I tell them they better go find it cuz everything was there when I dropped it off. They then say I can pick it up tomorrow because it’s done and working. The next day they say my computer is not working. I’ve never felt so much anger in my life it is NOT turning on what so ever. So now I have to restart and build my PC AGAIN. I am now out 4,000 dollars bc Best Buy damaged my product and forced me to pay for a warranty that came with the case. Best Buy customer support didn’t do anything but pass me around the call center. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEST BUY. Hire people who actually know what their doing not some kids who think they know. If Best Buy wants to make this right and reimburse me for their mistake that would be great otherwise Best Buy is not worth anyone’s time and they’d get a better deal anywhere else.
