- LSLouis SlaughterJan 19, 20261.0Do not shop or order anything from this store. I spent almost $1k for 2 WiFi receivers for my home surround sound on 12/27. The original installation date was supposed to be 12/31. I received a call the day of installation and was told both receivers haven't been shipped. We then had to reschedule 3 weeks out to 01/17. I received an confirmation email on 01/16 of installation and time frame of the install for 01/17. Guess what, not one ever showed up for installation. I had to call TWICE....the rep said someone would call me back to figure out what was going on (this was already 4 hours after install was supposed to happen). Finally we call back to cancel and get our money back. By far the worst experience I have received from Best Buy!

I came in with flexible options and left happy with my decision. There were two young adults who checked me out that were so nice and friendly as well ; I wish I had gotten there names.
