  The younger woman that helped was really nice. She didn't actually have much info on one of the two phones that I was interested in but they didn't seem to have much in the options for that brand so makes sense. She told me all the things she was supposed to but didn't get pushy or anything when I declined. Got me in, got me out. That was nice.

  Customer service number makes it literally impossible to speak with someone physically working at the store. Terrible customer service. Complete waste of time.

  You can’t call the store directly and talk to anyone. I placed a preorder for a game weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered to my house. They sent it to the store instead. I couldn’t pick it up the day of release and Customer service said they couldn’t replace it with a physical copy from the store because they didn’t have any available, when they clearly did. I have to pick up in store when it becomes available instead of it being delivered to my house like it was supposed to be. Do not do pre orders through Best Buy.

  All I wanted to do was buy a new Dell Inspiron laptop, i had the same one for 7 years but accidentally fried the hard drive when it ended up in a puddle.. so i needed a replacement. I needed it immediately so i tried to buy one in person at this location, but the sales associates insisted that it was garbage and would break in a year and that i NEEDED to buy a more expensive model. His first words were “this is garbage, you don’t want that.” I don’t think I even want to shop with a store brand that sells garbage. All i need is a basic laptop for one year worth of school work, that is compatible with microsoft office. They also told me Excel would not work on this $350 laptop, they also said it would not last a year. Again, my last Dell inspiron lasted 7 years until I got it wet. I was insistent that this was the device i wanted, and they insisted on not selling it to me. Two of them tried to team up on me and get me to finance a more expensive model that i flat out did not need. They pitched financing four times total and I firmly said no over and over. After 15minutes of high pressure tactics with a complete disregard for my needs, they told me they don’t have the item in stock. We left immediately since we were considering leaving after the salespersons first sentence. My husband was taking care of a fussy baby the whole time and had had it to the point he was making small talk with another customer telling them about our experience and how we will never be back. Walmart sold us what we wanted to buy at the location down the street.
