- MGMelvangel GonzalezNov 20, 20251.0Very useless service. Brought a laptop that I purchased from the location less than a year ago because some of the keys were not working consistently. They had it for four weeks and when I got it back and asked what they had done to fix it they said that they updated windows. Did not even look at the keyboard. The problem still persists and makes typing much harder when you have to press the C key 20-40 times before it works.
- SSScott SchaferApr 20, 20221.0You will get some one in a call center reading a script.when you get to the store they will try to sell you a service plan and no one there can address your problem. They want to send it somewhere. Don't waste your time, my experiance was they cannot help you.
