They sent it out and it too them around 4 weeks and then they gave it back to me with all the same problems and said that they did not do anything. Several keys still only work occasionally. Not helpful service.

The staff at the store told me it was “on the truck” and to check back in a few hours. I called a few hours later and was told the item is not in stock. I took the entire day off work to play this game on release day. Next time I will go with GameStop or just buy online.
