    Boston was extremely professional and was so helpful in getting my new phone and IPad all set up. I really appreciate such a helpful young man. He was very polite, respectful, and delightful to work with. You have a great employee in the Algona store

    me and my boyfriend had a very bad experience in this store today around 1pm It was 2 ladies in there at the time.. we felt very discriminated against and she refused us service and told us to have a nice day basically telling us to get out the store. We felt so uncomfortable and felt the energy in the room… I’ve lived in Algona 3 years and never been treated this way ever… all because my boyfriend had a out of state id she basically acted like it was fake which he never had issues with his regular Id… I will never in my life return to this store. We was able to get the iPhone 17s through customer service on the phone when we left thank god… I also filed a complaint with Verizon and will be calling headquarters in the morning and writing a formal complaint so this doesn’t happen to anyone else…she needs to be investigated and retrained because her customer service is poor.

    Nicole was an excellent helper and on top of an outage in town so we had a lot of coustomers come in. Every time she was able to succeed at customer service and was able to manage 2 to 3 customers at a time!! I absolutley loved her and she always made me feel noticed even while helping others while doing an upgrade and transfer on a phone.
