EVERYTIME I go in there kelcee tells me its time to upgrade my phone (im stubborn and dont listen) also tells me if we doing auto pay today. always consistent when i see her always tryna get me to do something in there. Today she said to leave a review for the store on google. friendly lady and makes me feel like we family the way she talks to me. conversation isnt forced and it just flows. great asset to the wahiawa store

She was very kind and personable and help me decide which phone best fit my needs. I am so very happy!! I love my new phone ! I will travel to this store location again. When we got to talking and to the sign up we then found out we have the same last name which I then thought this was meant to be. Thank you so much for having kind employee's and Kelcee making my whole day!!
