  We experienced wonderful customer service at the Pearl City/Pearl Highlands Center and would like to specifically thank Regina, Michael "Bazz", and Joel for their professionalism, courtesy, graciousness, and expertise. When we were having difficulty getting desired results from Verizon's call center, Regina and Bazz were instrumental in helping us fix the issues were facing. We had a somewhat involved trade-in of multiple phones & changes to our mobile plans - Bazz & Joel expedited the process & demonstrated great knowledge of the process & products. Would like to give kudos to Regina who provided above and beyond service to our family, even providing us with her mobile so we could text her with any issues we were having. Polite, calm, and patient, we are grateful for Regina's "customer first" and service oriented attitude. Although Verizon's call center has not consistently come through for us, we chose to stay with Verizon because of the service provided by Regina, Bazz, and Joel on Verizon's behalf. Thank you!
