Thank you thank you!!!! For having the phone Samsung A54 in-stock and not pushing up-sale for another phone that I did not ask for without checking if said phone was in shock. Plus checking another location if same phone was in-stock.THANK YOU for going above and beyond on customer service.
Main reason for not choosing current phone styles without micro SD card slot is mainly with AI services on the rise requiring "storage/ram" , cloud services may be next being taken up as temporary memory storage for AI companies. So we the consumer will get the short end. Money will always be the factore consumer paying $10 vs $$ from big business.

Easy to get help, yes. Polite, yes.
LAZY, YES! We went in for a simple problem. We needed a new screen protector to replace one that had cracked. After checking, the employee (one of two, a male) reported that they were out and suggested trying the other Verizon store down the road. My wife asked if he could call and check. He said, " Sorry, I don't have their number.
Really? One, you are Verizon. If you don't have it, I don't believe that being 2 or fewer miles apart means your stores have never called one another to check on items. Two, you have cell phones and access to Google on your phone to help and find the number, then call for us. But, NO. Customer service, I guess, has changed, and now the goal is to do as little as possible.

When I walked into the store, I overheard multiple employees engaged in personal conversations. I waited for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. It was clear their personal discussions were taking priority over customers. I eventually decided to leave and take my business to another Verizon store.
