  Removal of loyalty program and now the bill goes up by $25.95. Almost 10 years with verizon, have been on autopay from day one, zero claims, and when I call customer service they cannot explain what loyalty program means or its qualifications. Just wrong 😞😡

  Javi and Kerry gave us a great customer experience. We dropped our phone in the water on our trip and needed a phone fast. They were able to upgrade us and got us on a great plan. Love how great the customer service was here.

  We want to give high regards for service by Kapili Gleason at the Lihue location. My husband list his cell phone traveling from Oklahoma and didn’t realize it until we were on board the airplane to Kauai. Being senior citizens and technology illiterate Kapili was able to help us get a replacement phone delivered to our hotel then brought it back to Verizon to load all the information back on. Kapili was very knowledgeable and informative on getting our replacement. Thank you Kapili for all your help. Mike
