  The Verizon Windward Mall Staff Is Friendly Professional And Makes Me Feel Welcomed When I Do Business At Verizon

  I went to the Verizon store in Kaneohe at Windward Mall yesterday after having an ongoing issue with my iPhone order. I’ve ordered the phone multiple times, and each time Verizon places a temporary hold on my money for about four days, then it falls off, and the funds go back into my account. Then a week or two later, Verizon tries to take the money again — even though there’s no guarantee it’s still available by that point. When I explained this to the employee, instead of listening, she repeated my own words back to me as if I was confused or wrong. She also had a bit of an attitude, which made the experience frustrating. When the manager came over, they were more professional and basically confirmed what I was saying — that the phones are backordered — but without the attitude. What I noticed, though, is that this isn’t just about one person. Every time I go into a Verizon store, it feels like customers are treated like an inconvenience instead of being appreciated. It’s almost like walking into a place where people are bothered that you showed up, not happy that you’re a paying customer. I’m sharing this because I’ve been with Verizon for a while, and I’d like to see better communication, understanding, and customer service. Sometimes people just want to be heard and respected — especially when they’re trying to make a purchase and stay loyal to your company.

  Fantastic location and even better service! I highly recommend the Verizon store in Windward Mall. The representatives, and especially the manager, Ellis, are incredibly kind. Ellis truly went above and beyond to answer all of my mom's questions. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they get the best deal.

  Where to start! This verizon was truly amazing! We walked in last night just to see the new collection of phone they had in stock but after talk with Tammy, we were sold! She was amazing, kind and her knowledge of everything made the process so smooth it was amazing! We will forsure becoming to this version for all our phone needs in the future because of Tammy and her team last night. Thank you for all your help and Answering all my questions last night!
