She insisted I was not able to upgrade my phone on my current plan and talked down to me like I had no idea what I was saying. She undervalued my trade in comparison to the Verizon website and would not look into my plans upgrades with any effort. She was more interested in relaxing and chatting with her co worker than helping make a sale. I'm on my way to pick up my new i17 at the store across the island. It was included in my plans upgrade routine (unlimited welcome). I'll need all the accessories too. You've lost my business. Thanks for wasting my time! p.s. the chairs in the lobby were disgusting.
- MSMarc SuzukiNov 18, 20251.0Went here to sign up a new line the manager here noticed I do window cleaning asked me to do the window cleaning for her store and never payed me after cleaning after signing up my new phone on top of that I asked for a mobile WiFi unit I could use and she sold me a home WiFi router and then when I went back this manager she said you don’t know how to use it first time I went back gave her a chance and went home did what she said after googling which unit I have it’s a home WiFi router I go back to the store she still insists that I have a mobile unit plus I got charged way more than she told me It would cost unit wasn’t free I’m still having been payed for cleaning this store $260 for one phone and WiFi that I was told my bill would be the same because I was a new customer still to this day not one call back tells me she never asked for the windows to be cleaned don’t trust this place they will sell you anything to make a sale thank you for stealing from a small local bussiness still to this day not one correction because of this workers mistakes
