    Horrible customer service. My daughter went in, is an authorized user and her phone was broken. So she’s 2700 miles away from home with no phone. The ill trained worker said she wasn’t an authorized user. She asked for them to call me and they told her to find someone to help her. She left store asked bystanders to let her use their phone to contact me. I tried calling the store no answer. Called Verizon customer support, they confirmed she is authorized but they couldn’t get through to the store either. What?!? You’ve Got to be kidding me, that this is the customer support they provide.

    Manager greeted me with discriminatory behavior. From the beginning he was blatantly rude and apparently is comfortable with using racial slurs towards black people and probably other races. All of my Asian colleagues are switching services in solidarity against racism.

    I heard the store manager use a racial slur towards a black man as the black man was walking out. He called home several racial epithets which I won’t repeat. After I was finished I saw the gentleman who can is was still outside and told him what happened. He stated he would make a corporate report. I’m canceling my service. I’m Asian and this is just very shameful. He should be fired.
