The other taller gentleman was extremely vague and not wanting to help. Very poor customer service on his part. 1 star or less. He's probably the cause of the poor reviews.

Maybe it wasn't a big deal but they could have taken an advantage of someone not aware of the problem, they didn't, I appreciate it.
