The product’s manufacturer refused warranty service because I live in Hawaii, yet Best Buy still sold the item here and now refuses to do anything. This experience is unacceptable for a national retailer. If you buy a product here and it fails, you deserve support—not to be passed around.

I really appreciate all of the employees that work at this location, they are always friendly and helpful this is why I’m a loyal Best Buy customer and member. He listened and gave me some ideas and suggestions. He didn't mind to go to the back to check inventory few times. While I was waiting, 2 other associates asked me if I needed help without any aggression as some other stores where they get commissions. It was very pleasant experience and I thought some nice people working there.
