I visited on March 1, 2026 and I was helped by Matt an hour before closing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! A supreme associate!! Give him a raise!!!

A PRE ORDER IS NOT QUITE A PRE ORDER WHILE IT DELIVER so slowly unless you are willing to pay for pick up. Totally waste your time and energy of chatting with any online agents and supervisors. Rude and unprofessional.

- KKKirinJan 30, 20261.0The level of incompetence, negligent behaviour, and deflecting of responsibility by this Best Buy store and offsite staff is appalling. Even when explicitly mentioned what needed to be done, nothing of that sort was mentioned on the manager's notes. Similarly, online staff failed to do any better. This type of carelessness is what resulted in 3 to 4 failed re-installation attempts as the 3rd party installers/servicers were left ill-equipped and clueless on the appointment date. The probability of getting the issue resolved through Best Buy is extremely low. On the flip side, after reaching out to LG, an LG technician was capable of diagnosis and resolving the issue in one visit.
