    Needed a Dyson vacuum battery that won’t ship on Amazon. They had it in stock and changed it out quickly. Love this place.

    Always so helpful and friendly and have a great selection of batteries. I live off grid and bought an Ecoflow delta pro here years ago and they’ve repaired it for me every time I’ve had an issue plus gave me a loaner so I wouldn’t be without. I just bought a backup Anker from here as well so I’d have something more portable. They were great and showed me all the models that might be suitable and helped me choose the most appropriate one.

    Met Mr. Bill himself the second time I went, (I was a little star struck) super patient with my questions he was straight forward with his products no matter his prices he only offered the best for my specific needs (didn’t care to try and overcharge or oversell me) gave me an invoice for add ons (in case I wanted to buy in the future) for the C1000 he sold me. One employee when I went the first time was also super patient and informative and patient even though that time he took me to the show room and didn’t buy anything, overall awesome and friendly staff (also told me the best bang for my buck and didn’t try to oversell me) with the Hawai’i laws when it comes to batteries, I’m glad they provide the services when it comes to selling batteries to avoid the headache of importation rules also I didn’t know what I wanted either till both bill and his employee gave me the info and knowledge to choose the c1000 by anker, thanks again to the employee and Mr. Bill if you are reading this I thank you and have recommended your business to all my soldiers aswell! God bless you guys.

    Best place to buy used batteries for an affordable price. I was only two weeks away from getting my new car and my current car’s battery died, so I was looking for the cheapest place to get a battery. Initially, I was going to Walmart until my dad suggested Battery Bill. Thankfully, when I called they had a used battery for my car (2015 Honda accord) in stock. I paid $47 for it. They charge a $10 fee on top of that but will refund it to you when you return your old battery within 7 days. They don’t do install but they charge $25 for it if you need it. The workers were all nice and helpful. I loved that they carried the battery to my car and also grabbed the old one from it.
