  Needed a micro sd card in a pinch, about five minutes to closing. An employee lead me right to them where they had a great selection! Easy in and out purchase

  I had a pleasant experience in the Best Buy store in person when I purchased my new 43" Toshiba TV, But a very unpleasant experience with their Customer Service Department. I'm not a technical person and I needed help. The reason is that customer service did not notify me when I set a home appointment with the Geek Squad (Cost $177, which included hauling away my old TV) to have my Smart TV set-up, that the service did Not include "Configuration" (another $125 charge) which is training how to operate the Smart TV. There was a defective remote that was not working in the Toshiba Box so I called Customer Service back, I got A.I. (artificial intelligence) when I called on the phone, then I got the run-around and I was connected to three different departments and they all said they couldn't help me to with with working remote so try another department. I have another home appointment with someone to train me with "Configuration." I'm very disappointed in their Customer Service Department and my suggestion to Best Buy is that their Customer Service Department needs a lot of room for improvement in serving their customers a lot better.

  Solid place... they sell Pokémon so we had a separate line just for Pokémon purchases when they opened. Organizedz,?

  Not very busy, so parking shouldn't be a problem. Most of the employees I interacted with did not seem to want to be there. Nothing unpleasant, just sometimes awkward. Picked up some bulky items, and cashier (order pick up) just kind of sent me on my way without offering a bag or anything. When I did ask for a bag, it seemed like it was an inconvenience. Spending $1000 just to carry all of it myself to the car with no bag might be normal for some people. No, "thank you" or any parting comments. Asking for a bag must have been too much I guess

  I went to see the geek squad at Best buy... It was an excellent experience... Connor was excellent... They did a diagnostic on our computer... And was fast efficient and very customer focused... Much thanks and appreciation to them... Keep up the great work...
