  I’ve literally never been to an Apple store and had a bad experience. 2:45pm on Friday april 3 there was an Asian girl working with a blonde streak in her bangs— PLEASE if you see this we have a similar complexion and i loved your brow look so much — i had to rush out before i could ask what products so if you see this pleaseeeee dm me @danachewy bc i need a new brow routine 😭😭😭😭

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Michael at the Ala Moana Apple Store. He is hands down the best! My phone fell into the ocean, and after the screen started turning black, I could barely see anything. Being tech-challenged, I was honestly terrified and had no idea how to transfer my data to a new phone. But Michael was incredibly kind and patient, making sure everything was sorted out perfectly. I can’t thank him enough. Michael, you’re a lifesaver!

  항상 사람 많고 정신 없는 분위기.. 갈때마다 왜 나만 이상한 직원이 응대를 하는지.. 맨날 까먹고 알라모아나 애플 매장을 오는지.. 카할라몰에 있는 애플 스토어 추천해요.. 좀더 친절하고 나이스해요..

However, upon arriving, I was immediately discouraged by the demeanor of the staff member at the front. She appeared disengaged and unapproachable, which created an uncomfortable environment for customers seeking help. Customer service is often the first impression of a company, and in this case, it was very disappointing. What stood out the most was that during our interaction, the staff member even agreed with my frustration and suggested that I consider switching from iOS to Android. This was surprising and concerning, especially coming from a representative of Apple. As someone who has been loyal to the Apple brand, this experience was disheartening. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the level of service at your Ala Moana location.
