  Don't usually write a review, but the service was such a surprising letdown I have to let it be known. Kat is awful do not go to her. Our bill has surprise charges, she's not clear, she added on plan perks without disclosing any information. No transparency and lack of communication by her.

  Had a horrible experience came in with my wife in hopes to open a new line. This girl named cat helped us but she didn’t want to explain anything to us and constantly tried to hurry us she was also super rude and the worst thing of all was that you could clearly see she was hungover just by the look in her eyes if the breathe of liquor didn’t already give that away. DO NO GET HELP FROM THE GIRL WITH PINK HAIR. Horrible experience

  Worst customer service. Besides having horrible service all around the island and our bill being way higher than any other network competitors, I’m not sure if it’s the management or just the staff overall but coming to this location is not recommended. Be prepared to wait an hour or two to get any help while the staff seem like they’re just sitting in the break room.

  Ashley was the person who helped me today, and she was amazing, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experienc. So many experiences at phone stores are not. She did a wonderful job! Thank you ashley!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Verizon while updating a phone line. The staff was super helpful and got me in for fast service right away. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire process quick and easy. They also went above and beyond to find me the best deal available. Excellent customer service all around—highly recommend!
