Which I could give 0 stars - I have bought a few things from CeX in the past and never had a problem - bought a camera online in Jan 26 from them, decided it wasn’t quite right for what I needed so decided to take it to a store (Crystal Peaks) for a voucher in April 26 (3 months later). I had not even used it (just looked at it once) and they refused to buy it off me saying it was faulty as it has dust inside the lens. CeX sold me this item in Jan and they refused a refund, warranty repair, voucher - everything. Basically just handed me the faulty camera back with no care or support whatsoever. Terrible customer service! I have just emailed the ‘we care’ team at CeX to see if they make more sense of it all.

The screen was faulty so took it straight back and was accused of breaking it!! Had to battle to get a refund and could only get a credit note! The guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Wish we had read the rest of the reviews before purchasing from this store. Crazy really because of they had been straight with us we would used them loads more going forward.

- DPDaniel PetersFeb 25, 20261.0If could leave a 0 stars I would I took in two mobiles yesterday and came back to collect the money for them today to be told they was remote managed and couldn’t be taken in I went to an independent repair shop who confirmed this wasn’t the case I went back to this store and they told me that they was on the screens (see pictures) but upon checking these are already installed from factory but he still wouldn’t take them in saying this was enabled but upon further checking with another independent repair shop they have to be enabled so a lost device can be locked or erased remotely
