  Smooth transaction with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I got a good price for the kit I was exchanging, not as good as privately but far less hassle, and I was able to upgrade my pc kit at a very good rate. It's best to confirm you can exchange / sell before going in. The only complaint I can possibly level is the mad Hull road system right now, but I did get to the right car park eventually.

  The worst place I've ever dealt with. The staff were rude. I won't repeat the experience and I don't recommend it.

  Bought a slimline ps2 a week or so ago, didn’t work, kept glitching and couldn’t play on anything, took it back today to get a refund, waited for them to test it, came back and they said it was fine. Got offered to sell it for £18.00 what an absolute joke.
