- AAAeshNiJun 6, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with 3’s internet service. Despite paying a premium price every month, the data connection is practically unusable for large parts of the day, especially between 12 PM and 10 PM. During these hours, speeds drop so dramatically that basic tasks such as browsing websites, sending messages, and streaming videos become frustrating or impossible. It is unacceptable to charge customers high prices for a service that consistently fails to deliver. I have spent far too much time troubleshooting devices and settings, only to discover that the issue is the network itself. The coverage and performance are nowhere near the standard advertised. Customers should not have to pay for a service that works only occasionally. Unless there is a significant improvement in network reliability and speed, I cannot recommend 3 to anyone looking for dependable mobile internet. Very poor value for money and a deeply frustrating customer experience.
